punctuation OVERALL

It was an accident a minute on India's roads in 2011. And one Indian
died every 3.7 minutes- one of the highest rates
in the world. Delhi, which reported 7,281 mishaps, came a distant
second to Mumbai on a 21-city list. But the capital had more
blood in its roads, accounting for the highest number of
fatalities-2,066, a drop from from 2,153 in 2010 but not by much.
In comparison, 610 people dies on Mumbai roads. Overall, 4.97 lakh
road accidents were reported  from across the country last
year, according to trasport ministry's report.(source-hindustan times
