punctuation IN THIS

(1)As we approach the centenary of Dadasaheb Phalke's 1913 silent
film, it is only natural that many actors
who had played their part have departed from the scene. Of late, even
those with whom my post-independent
India generation grew up have begun to leave us, the latest being the
universally recognised first super-
star of Hindi-cinema, Rajesh Khanna. Super star created by their
times. Films that give expression
to these times are product of a wide range of creative talents that
go into making a superhit.
As times change, superstars fade away. A new generation creates its
own superstars.
In this context recollect what the inimitatble Johnny walker
has once said when asked how he
reconciled to being a 'nobody' later in life having ruled the
cinematic roost at one time.
He said the Tenzing Norgay once climbed Mount Everest and stood at
the top of the world. He could not
have continued to live there. Hence, he came down. the same is true
for everybody. Alas, this truth is
seldom gracefully accepted by superstars.(source-Hindustan Times

(2)here's another warning that the Indian economy is headed for a
sharp slowdown inflation is expected to stay high and the job
scene bleak. The PM's economy advisory council, headed by C
Rangarajan, on friday lowered its growth projection for 2012-13 to
6.7% from 7.5%. economic growth crashed to 6.5% in 2011-12 and by 5.3%
in January-March- a nine year low. Costly borrowing and
inputs have dampened investment activity as firms defer capacity
expansion plans, hurting job prospects. Companies have pruned
wage bills and offered lower salary skills. In this scenario, the
panel, in its economic outlook, underlined the need for bold
reforms, such as FDI in multi-brand retail and raising diesel
prices.(source-Hindustan Times Saturday, August 18, 2012)

(3)In today's inter-connected economy, where managerial actions have global implications, firms have a moral imperative to enhance societal welfare. Organisations must re-cast their business goals and objectives from a primary focus on enhancing shareholder value to enhanced corporate citizenship.
In this environment, managers must learn to preserve the human and natural  resources that nurture entrepreneurial opportunities.(source-Hindustan Times Wednesday, August 22, 2012)

(4)BRICS represents the first important non-western global initiative
in the post-cold War World. But despite the forward movement
achieved at the New Delhi summit, Brazil, Russia, India, China and
South Africa  remain in serch of a common ground that can help
turn BRICS into a weighty geopolitical alliance. without clearly
defined objectives and an agreed plan of action. In this light, BRICS,
with its members' collective weight, can exercise significant
global financial clout if it gets its acts together. BRICS indeed can
be
called the R-5, after the names of its members's currencies-the
real, rouble, rupee, renmibiti and rand.

(1)In this case, when the parents appealeed, the CWS was ordered to
return the children on the finding that there was no
emergency. The CWS immidiately got a stay pending further appeal.
Again, this was extraordinary for interim orders.
In any modern legal system, interim orders have to be justified on
grounds of emergency and it had just been
abjudicated that there was none.(source-hindustan times friday, april 13,2012)
